Request

1) Details of how the stack height for both the proposed new crematorium and the current temporary crematorium have been calculated. Guidance PG5-2 suggests using the D1 method, please provide a copies of the D1 calculations or similar.

2) Copy of the permit (part B LAPPC legislation) for the temporary cremator that is currently operating.

3) Copies of all emissions monitoring data for the temporary cremator. This can be provided electronically.
