   "It is requested the council disclose all letters, emails and other correspondence both internally within the council and with other external bodies in relation to this matter. This request is also made under Freedom of Information rights."    Please could you supply me with an organisational structure chart for the Planning Department and Planning Enforcement Team showing how many employees there are in each team, the reporting lines for each team and the names of the team members.

4. No further action enforcement complaints 2016

   I would like to know the total number of investigations carried out by the Planning Enforcement Team in 2016 and out of that total the number of instances where "no further action taken" was the decision made by the investigating officer even though a breach of planning regulations had taken place.

5. Corporate management structure

   Please could I have a organisational structure chart of the Council showing what departments each member of the current Corporate Management Team are responsible for and the names of each of those department heads. i.e. I would like to know what departments each member of the Management Team oversee and the names of the Managers who head up each of those departments/teams.

6. Dog wardens & Licenced Breeders

   1. For each year from 2005/6 to 2018/19 could you please tell me the total number of w.t.e (whole time equivalent) dog wardens you employ?

   2. For each year from 2005/6 to 2018/19 how many Commercial Breeding Establishments are there for dogs? (Commercial Breeding Establishments defined as 5 or more litters per year).

7. Planning Enforcement Investigations

   I would like to know the total number of investigations carried out by the Planning Enforcement Team last year 2018 and out of that total the number of instances where no further action taken" was the decision made by the investigating officer even though a breach of planning regulations had taken place. I would also like to know the figures for the above where the investigation involved a site in the Green Belt.

9. Guildford HMO licence public register

   Please can I ask you to send me a copy of the latest HMO licence public register for Guildford as prescribed under the Housing Act 2004 s.232 (1) and the information that is required to be maintained within the register as described in The Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple occupation and Other Houses (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Regulations 2006? 10. Refuse, recycling and garden waste

    Please can you provide figures for the year(s) 2016, 2017, 2018 outlining the rates of overall recycling by households in your council area? - Please can you also provide figures for the years 2016, 2017, 2018 outlining how much of the items put out to be recycled ended up being sent to a landfill and/or incinerated instead i.e. plastic - Please can you confirm how often you run the following services: A. Garden waste collections B. Recyclable waste collections C. Household waste collections - Finally, can you please confirm of the three above services listed that you offer to households in your area, whether or not any of these are out sourced to private companies.
