I would like to know the total number of investigations carried out by the Planning Enforcement Team in 2016 and out of that total the number of instances where "no further action taken" was the decision made by the investigating officer even though a breach of planning regulations had taken place.

Please could I have a organisational structure chart of the Council showing what departments each member of the current Corporate Management Team are responsible for and the names of each of those department heads. i.e. I would like to know what departments each member of the Management Team oversee and the names of the Managers who head up each of those departments/teams.

    2. For each year from 2005/6 to 2018/19 how many Commercial Breeding Establishments are there for dogs? (Commercial Breeding Establishments defined as 5 or more litters per year).

  9. Please can I ask you to send me a copy of the latest HMO licence public register for Guildford as prescribed under the Housing Act 2004 s.232 (1) and the information that is required to be maintained within the register as described in The Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple occupation and Other Houses (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Regulations 2006? Please can you provide figures for the year(s) 2016, 2017, 2018 outlining the rates of overall recycling by households in your council area? - Please can you also provide figures for the years 2016, 2017, 2018 outlining how much of the items put out to be recycled ended up being sent to a landfill and/or incinerated instead i.e. plastic - Please can you confirm how often you run the following services: A. Garden waste collections B. Recyclable waste collections C. Household waste collections - Finally, can you please confirm of the three above services listed that you offer to households in your area, whether or not any of these are out sourced to private companies.
