I am seeking information regarding your organisation’s current arrangements for the supply of materials in support of housing repairs, maintenance, voids, planned works, and any associated Direct Labour Organisation/in-house repairs service where applicable.
Please provide the following information:
1. The name of the current supplier or suppliers for responsive repairs / maintenance materials supply.
2. The name or job title of the contract owner or budget holder
3. The contract start date.
4. The initial contract term.
5. Any available extension periods and whether they have been taken.
6. The current contract expiry date.
7. The estimated annual contract value, or total contract value, where annual value is not available.
8. The procurement route used to award the contract:
o open tender
o framework call-off
o direct award
o mini-competition
o other
9. If awarded through a framework, please confirm the name of the framework used.
