For each of the following years respectively 2025/26, 2024/25, 2023/24, 2022/23, and 2021/22:

1. How many on the spot fines were issued for littering offences in your council area?

2. How many fines were paid up?

3. How many fines are still outstanding (broken down by each year)

4. How much revenue was generated in each of the years above through fines? (the amount of money generated in fines paid to the council)

5. Does your council use in-house enforcement or an external private contractor?

We use in-house enforcement, however we did have external private contractor in 2024/25.
