Would you be able to provide the following statistics from the dates of 1st June 2017 - 31st December 2018.
1. Number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) served for parking violations (ideally split out by not paying parking charges and parking in a disabled space without a badge)
2. Total amount (in pounds) received from PCNs
3. Number of PCNs appealed
4. Number of appeals upheld
5. Total amount (in pounds) refunded for upheld appeals

- Total amount (in pounds) received to date from PCNs was £1,411,888.98.
- Number of PCNs appealed for that period is around/approximately 16,082. We cannot be accurate as some may be duplicates correspondence etc.
- Number of appeals upheld for that period is 6,048.
- Total amount (in pounds) refunded for upheld appeals for that period is £2,790, (54 cases). However some cases have been refunded due to mitigation circumstances or officer discretion around the circumstances even though an offence had taken place.
- We are not able to answer your questions related to enforcement in bus lanes as we do not enforce this in Guildford.
