Yes.
a. If yes, how many Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) posts have been recruited or appointed?
One.
b. If yes, what is the annual salary budget for these posts?
£37,484.76 is the annualised salary (although please note, at this point the role has been appointed for only seven months).
3. Has the council received any central government funding to support administration of the Building Safety Levy?
Yes.
a. If yes, please state the total amount received.
£69,900 grant revenue.
4. Does the council hold an estimate of the cost of administering the Building Safety Levy in 2026/27 and 2027/28?
We do not hold this information at the current time.
