Please provide the information specified below regarding the licensed premises known as The Boileroom, located at 13 Stoke Fields, Guildford, GU1 4LS, covering the 36-month period from 20 July 2023 to 19 July 2026.
Specifically, I would like to request the following details:
Noise Complaints:
- The total number of complaints received by Guildford Borough Council (including Environmental Health) regarding noise nuisance originating from or directly outside the premises.
- A breakdown of the dates of these complaints and any actions taken by the council (e.g., warning letters, noise abatement notices).
Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB):
- The total number of complaints or recorded incidents of anti-social behaviour associated with patrons of the premises, reported either directly to the council or referred to the council by Surrey Police.
Breaches of Licensing Conditions:
- Details of any recorded breaches of the premises license conditions during this time frame.
- Information on any formal enforcement actions, reviews, or penalties issued to the venue layout or management as a result of these breaches.

Environmental Health case reference SR 85559 was opened in response to the recent complaint received on 17th July 2026, which is an allegation of noise issues and licensing breaches. This complaint is currently under investigation and there is no outcome recorded yet.
