1. The total number of works of art owned by your local authority 612

2. The estimated total value - Based on our insurance schedule of 2029/2020 the estimated value is c.£678,760

3. The number of works currently on display - The museum has been closed for almost a year for urgent maintenance works and therefore no works have been on display there. Prior to the closure of all heritage sites in March 2020 (due to Covid-19 restrictions), there were 18 works of art on display across the Guildhall and Guildford House Gallery.

4. How many works of art have been donated by the local authority over the past five years? None - Guildford Heritage Service follows the Museum Association's Code of Ethics with regards to disposal/transfer of its collections.

5. How many works of art have been leased by the local authority over the past five years and the total revenue.

None - Guildford Heritage Service does not lease works and follows the Museum Association's Code of Ethics with regards to disposal/transfer of its collections.

6. How many works of art have been sold by the local authority over the past five years and the total proceeds from any sales.
