Request
The Local Plan listed sites that had not been brought forward, many of which were listed as not viable. I would like the full list of sites not included in the plan, stating their acreage, the type of land the sites are on (pre-developed, undeveloped, greenfield, brownfield, greenbelt etc) and the full details and assessment that resulted in exclusion from the Local Plan.

We have considered your request for information regarding the Local Plan listed sites that had not been brought forward.
A list of all sites that have not been brought forward in the Local Plan process is available in the Land Availability Assessment (Appendix E - Discounted Sites). Please click on the "LAA 2017 Appendices C - F (Reduced Size) [34Mb]" file and search for Appendix E - Discounted Sites (Pages 500 - 612). This includes the stated reason for discounting each site. Please see attached spreadsheet which includes the following information:
- Address
- Site area (ha)
- Previously developed land (PDL) status
- Category of site (this enables you to understand whether it is on Green Belt (GB), countryside beyond the Green Belt or urban area)
Please note the site area and PDL status is not complete in all cases and the information has not been verified to be correct in all cases.
