Under the Environmental Information Regulations Act 2004, could you please provide the following information relating to land at and adjoining Perry Hill Farm, Coombe Lane, Worplesdon, Guildford GU3 3PF, for the period 1st January 2026 to 2nd October 2026:

1. Whether the Council has received any request for pre-application planning advice for development on this land and, if so, the reference number(s), date(s) received, and a description of the development proposed.

2. A copy of any written pre-application advice issued, and any notes or minutes of pre-application meetings.

3. Any correspondence between the Council and any prospective applicant or their agents concerning the above, insofar as it addresses: the principle of development in the Green Belt (including grey belt status); affordable housing; the application of the Green Belt "golden rules"; and the relationship of the proposal to the development of adjoining land.

4. Whether this land, or any part of it, has been submitted to the Council for consideration in its Land Availability Assessment or any call for sites, and, if so, the relevant site reference(s).

A search of our records has not identified any request for pre-application planning advice at this location.
