1) Please provide a copy of your most up to date digital strategy document or link.

We do not have a single digital strategy document. Digital is included in various strategy documents as appropriate, for example, our Innovation Strategy, which you can view here: https://www.guildford.gov.uk/corporateplan

2) What budget is the council setting aside to invest in innovation in 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23?

We do not have a specific budget set aside for innovation. However, you can view all the published information on our spending on the transparency section of our website and on the website Spotlight on Spend.

3) Please list all the digital innovation projects the council will be working on from 2020-2023.

There is information about the innovation projects that the Council is working on in our Corporate Plan. Innovation is currently one of our key themes and the Corporate Plan sets out these projects (page 11).

One of our key projects outlined in the Corporate Plan is "Use innovation, technology and new ways of working to improve value for money and efficiency in Council services."

4) Please name the partners you are working with to deliver these projects?

We are working with ignite, Unit4 and Embridge Consulting on our transformation project and enterprise resource planning technology implementation.

5) Who is responsible for digital transformation in your organisation?

Digital transformation of our services sits with our Corporate Management Team however, the Lead Specialist for Information Technology is a key advisor to corporate management in respect of what digital transformation projects are required.
