I would like to know the extent of the 5 parties' contracts with your council.
The parties claim to have contracts with your local authority to provide social housing and have received rental payments from you since 2020.
The party/parties are linked and are as follows:

SOCIAL PARK HOUSING LIMITED - Company number 11441101
KNIGHT MOBILE HOMES LIMITED - Company number 12218549
CHEVAL INVESTMENT LTD - Company number 08441653

I would like the following:
Confirmation of the relationship including how many properties they provide to tenants of your local authority.
The start date and end date of those contracts.
Copies of the contracts you have with the above parties relating to property or housing tenants.
Details of any other relationships or contracts you have with either of the above parties.
Confirmation if you have sent payments to any of the parties since 2020.

I would like the following:
Confirmation of the relationship including how many properties they provide to tenants of your local authority.
Guildford Borough Council does not have a direct relationship with any of the above companies. They are just considered a landlord from a benefit point of view and the only contract we would see would be the tenancy agreement when the claimant applied for Housing Benefit.
The start date and end date of those contracts.
There are no contracts, but the start and end dates could be considered the claims dates which I have listed on the attached spreadsheet.
Copies of the contracts you have with the above parties relating to property or housing tenants.
