I would like to request the following data from you, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide me with a list of the names of Copilot agents created by the authority that exist at the present time (if any). For each of these agents, please also provide the 'Description' and 'Instructions' text that appears on the Copilot overview page for the agent.

Please find the answers to your queries below:

I would like to request the following data from you, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide me with a list of the names of Copilot agents created by the authority that exist at the present time (if any). For each of these agents, please also provide the 'Description' and 'Instructions' text that appears on the Copilot overview page for the agent.

Please see the attached information relating to Copilot agents.

In a small number of instances, the provided information has been redacted for the reasons outlined below:

  • Individual staff names have been redacted because this constitutes personal data under Section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

  • Internal URLs to internal webpages have been redacted for cyber security reasons.

Please Note:   

The current provision of agents created by staff members are for internal use only and are not accessible externally.

In the event of any future agents acting as the first point of contact for public provided information, their prompts will likely be redacted from FOI requests for cybersecurity reasons. This is to prevent potential manipulation of said agents using key words - Examples of such agents includes website chat agents or email triage agents.
