Please provide a list of all non-domestic (business rates) ratepayers including for each hereditament:
- Ratepayer / business name
- Property address and postcode
- Rateable value
- Property description / use
- Any current reliefs or exemptions applied.

Guildford Borough Council publishes information regarding business rates on its website. This includes the details you have requested, and you can find the files along with an explanation of the contents via the following website:

As the information is already in the public domain I consider this information to be exempt from disclosure on request under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as itis already available elsewhere.
