Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 where applicable), I request the following information, preferably in a re-usable, machine-readable format (CSV or Excel) with location coordinates or addresses where held:
1. Public conveniences: a register/list of all public toilets the council owns, operates or funds, including location, accessibility features (e.g. wheelchair accessible, Changing Places, RADAR/National Key Scheme), and opening hours.
2. Dropped kerbs / kerb ramps: any dataset, inventory or map of dropped kerbs (pedestrian kerb ramps) recorded by the council, with locations.
3. Pedestrian crossings: an inventory of pedestrian crossings (zebra, pelican, puffin, toucan, signalised and uncontrolled) with locations and type.
4. Disabled parking bays: a list of on-street designated disabled (Blue Badge) parking bays, with locations.

Please find the answers to your queries below:
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 where applicable), I request the following information, preferably in a re-usable, machine-readable format (CSV or Excel) with location coordinates or addresses where held:
1. Public conveniences: a register/list of all public toilets the council owns, operates or funds, including location, accessibility features (e.g. wheelchair accessible, Changing Places, RADAR/National Key Scheme), and opening hours.
Information regarding public toilets is publicly available information which is available via the following website:
https://www.guildford.gov.uk/publictoilets
As such, the information you require can be found from publicly available sources and consequentially under Section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible.
Please note that all GBC disabled toilets can be accessed via a radar key and GBC does not have changing places. We do not hold location level data (i.e. location coordinates) and therefore we cannot provide this information in a machine readable format.
2. Dropped kerbs / kerb ramps: any dataset, inventory or map of dropped kerbs (pedestrian kerb ramps) recorded by the council, with locations.
Information about planning applications received for ‘dropped kerbs’ can be found via our Planning Portal, which is available at the following link:

Please search the 'key term' field with the term 'dropped kerb'.
As such, the information you require can be found from publicly available sources and consequentially under Section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible.
Please note that we do not hold location level data (i.e. location coordinates) for dropped kerbs and therefore we cannot provide this information in a machine readable format.
Once planning permission has been granted the applicant must apply to proceed through Surrey County Council, who manage highways and local transport infrastructure. Therefore you would need to contact them with regards to information about formal applications for dropped kerbs.
3. Pedestrian crossings: an inventory of pedestrian crossings (zebra, pelican, puffin, toucan, signalised and uncontrolled) with locations and type.
Pedestrian crossings are managed by Surrey County Council and therefore you would need to contact them in relation to this query.
4. Disabled parking bays: a list of on-street designated disabled (Blue Badge) parking bays, with locations.
