  • Is your organisation responsible for collecting car parking charges (whether directly or through a contracted service)? We are responsible for the car parking charges within the car parks we manage on behalf of Guildford Borough Council.

    If the answer to question 1 is 'No' there is no further requirement to complete the questions.

We do offer alternative methods should someone not want to overpay if they have no change. Pay on Foot car parks offer change and Pay & Display car parks have Ringo service to pay for what used.
