Freedom of information request focused around contract data for services around facilities management. For each of the different contracts below, can you please provide me with all the information using the questions below 1. Office and building cleaning Service contract that is focus around office, commercial and building cleaning services. 2. Lift service and maintenance Service contract for lift service and maintenance. 3. Food Service contract that is focused around catering services. 4. General waste services contracts The organisation s primary general waste service contract. 5. Laundry services where clothes and linen can be washed and ironed.   • Office and building cleaning Service contract, that is focused around the office, commercial and building cleaning services:

Our office cleaning is carried out in-house, commercial cleaning is provided by Town and Country Cleaners.

Supplier/Provider - Town & Country Cleaners

Total Annual Spend - £75,920 spent on residential areas, £100,152 spent on sheltered units

Services provided under this contract and if other services are included under the same contract - Cleaning of residential properties, , cleaning of sheltered units.

Number of sites the contract covers - Residential properties: 46 sites requiring cleaning of shared areas, Sheltered Units: 6 sites

Start date of contract - Residential properties 05/09/2014, Sheltered Units 10/10/2017

End date of contract - Residential properties 31/10/2020, Sheltered Units 31/10/2020

Duration of the contract (any extension periods?) - No further extension periods

  • Lift service and maintenance service contract:

Supplier/Provider - Kone plc

Total Annual Spend - approx.. £35,000

Services provided under this contract and if other services are included under the same contract - Upgrade of lift controllers and associated works and passenger lift refurbishment

Number of sites the contract covers - 20 (42 lifts)

Start date of contract - 1st January 2019

End date of contract - 31st March 2020

Duration of the contract (any extension periods?) - In an extension period currently, further three month extension required.

  • Food Service contract (Catering services):

Supplier/Provider - Churchill Contract Catering as Radish

Total Annual Spend - £9,000 per annum on management fee fixed value, plus as an organisation we are charged for food and beverages provided for meetings. Total spend for the last 12 months is £57,000

Services provided under this contract and if other services are included under the same contract - Provision of staff to man our catering facilities for staff; to order supplies; heat, cook and sell food and beverages to staff; provide food and beverages for organised pre booked meetings.
