I would like to know the total number of investigations carried out by the Planning Enforcement Team last year 2018 and out of that total the number of instances where no further action taken" was the decision made by the investigating officer even though a breach of planning regulations had taken place. I would also like to know the figures for the above where the investigation involved a site in the Green Belt.

The total number of investigations carried out by the Planning Enforcement Team last year 2018 = 460
The number of instances where no further action taken was the decision made by the investigating officer even though a breach of planning regulations had taken place = 28 enforcement files in 2018 on the grounds of non-expediency.
