Freedom Of Information Request:
I would like to request a copy of the standard council equity tenancy agreement particularly any information containing to legal tenancy or lease clauses against anti-social behaviour.

Thank you for your recent request under the Freedom of Information Act.
Please find attached a copy of the general needs housing tenancy conditions and the third schedule of a lease for a flat.
With regards Equity Share leases, I have been advised by our legal department that each lease is standard to the estate it relates to. Each estate that has Equity Share properties have similar leases but vary depending on that estate. Unfortunately, our legal team no longer have any blank versions as we no longer grant Equity Share leases and haven’t done for many years, so I have taken an extract from one of the existing leases, from the third schedule (section) that appears to be the only section that refers to nuisance but nothing relating to anti-social behaviour.
The secure tenancy conditions are attached.
A third schedule of a lease for a house is also attached.
