    4. A brief outline of the planned improvements

    The Council's budget setting process is scheduled for January/ February 2022 in which it will detail any current proposed investment in projects. However, Surrey County Council is the highway authority and therefore you should contact them to obtain further information relating to their investment plans

    The Council is progressing with the development of a town centre masterplan which has a significant focus on infrastructure improvements and sustainable transport:

    Please contact Surrey County Council as the statutory highway authority for information relating to their investment plans and responses to questions 4 - 8 detailed below. Guildford Borough Council does not hold this information.
