1. How much did your organisation spend on office furniture in 2018?

During the year the organisation spent £7,800 on Office furniture, £11,169 and £6631 on refurbishing existing office chairs.

2. What office furniture suppliers did your organisation use in 2018?

Rapid Office Systems, Business Seating & Desking.

3. Do you have a contract in place for office furniture? If so, who is this with?

We do not have a contract or use frameworks as our purchasing values are low in value and orders tend to be around £2000 five times a year, we do compare prices with local suppliers to ensure value for money.

4. When does your existing office furniture contract end? N/A

5. What will your procurement route be for any future office furniture contracts, i.e. will you use a framework agreement? If so, which one?

As mentioned above we check prices, time to time, if a new supplier contacts us we are likely to price check with them and consider service levels.
