I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please confirm whether you own or manage any of the following infrastructure:
* Street lighting assets (including columns, cables, and feeder pillars);
* Highway drainage systems (including gullies, pipes, and culverts);
* Traffic signals and associated ducting;
* Any Council-owned underground ducts or services;
* Any district heating or heat network infrastructure operating within your area.
If you do own or manage any of the above, please provide:
* The relevant department or team responsible;
* A contact email or shared mailbox for future enquiries;
* Details of how asset plans or records can be requested outside of the FOI process.
If this information is not held, please advise who is responsible where known.

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please confirm whether you own or manage any of the following infrastructure:
* Street lighting assets (including columns, cables, and feeder pillars):
The majority of street lights are owned by Surrey County Council, however Guildford Borough Council still owns a small number of the older street lights such as the sox and mercury variety.
* Highway drainage systems (including gullies, pipes, and culverts);
We are responsible for maintaining and repairing drainage and culverts on land we own. Further details of land that we own can be found on our website via the following link:

* Traffic signals and associated ducting:
N/A – this infrastructure is owned by National Highways.
* Any Council-owned underground ducts or services:
We do not hold any information relating to underground ducts or services. Further information regarding ownership of these can be found via the National Underground Asset Register (https://www.nuar.uk/).
* Any district heating or heat network infrastructure operating within your area:
N/A.
