I am submitting a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide all recorded information relating to missed household waste collections during the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 for the following roads:
Frimley Road, Ash Vale.
Walnutree Close, Guildford.
For each missed collection, please provide:
1. The date of the missed collection.
2. The type of waste affected (refuse, recycling, food waste, garden waste).
3. The reason recorded for the missed collection.
4. Whether the collection was later completed, and if so, on what date.
5. Any associated service reports, job logs, or internal notes relating to the missed collection.

Please provide all recorded information relating to missed household waste collections during the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 for the following roads:

Please find the answers to your queries below.
Regarding the reason for a missed collection, please note that if a crew provides a reason for not being able to collect a bin, this would not be classified as a missed collection and would be considered a delayed or rejected collection. I can confirm that the specific / individual reasons for missed collections are not recorded.
