* A list of the council houses owned and managed by this council where category 1 “excess heat” hazards have been identified, but not yet resolved.
* Please provide the date on which the category 1 “excess heat” hazard was originally identified, on each occasion.
* A list of the council houses owned and managed by this council where category 2 “excess heat” hazards have been identified, but not yet resolved.
* Please provide the date on which the category 2 “excess heat” hazard was identified, on each occasion.

* Please provide the date on which the category 2 “excess heat” hazard was identified, on each occasion.
A key part of our Asset Strategy is to undertake stock condition surveys across our housing stock. As part of these surveys, we assess properties for any Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) Category 1 and Category 2 hazards.
I can confirm that to date, under the Physiological Requirements – Excess Heat hazard category, no Category 1 or Category 2 hazards have been identified.
