We have had fortnightly general waste collections since 2009/10. Recycling was collected weekly until September 2013 when we switched to a fortnightly collection.
3. How many complaints did the council receive in relation to refuse collection in each year since 2009-10?
We are unable to provide this information as we cannot separate this information from other service elements as they all fall under one classification for the general service.
