Specifically, I would like a current statement of the Library Contribution secured under this agreement:
1. the total amount received by the Council to date against the Library Contribution;
2. how much of that sum has been spent or formally committed to date, and against what; and
3. the amount, if any, remaining unspent and uncommitted as of the date of your response.

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act to request the following information:
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would be grateful for the following information concerning the Section 106 agreement for planning application 17/P/02592, land at Ash Lodge Drive, Ash.
Specifically, I would like a current statement of the Library Contribution secured under this agreement:
1. the total amount received by the Council to date against the Library Contribution:
£111,705.18.
2. how much of that sum has been spent or formally committed to date, and against what:
£23,938.45 has been spent on new and interactive IT equipment at Ash Library.
3. the amount, if any, remaining unspent and uncommitted as of the date of your response.
£87,766.73 remains uncommitted.
