1. Section 106 payments, expenditure and balances at March 2019 (see excel doc, tab 1)
2. 2018/19 section 106 expenditure by category (see excel doc, tab 2)
3. A copy of the council report for 2018/19 s106 allocated expenditure by category. Please provide the response to questions 1 and 2 in the table attached.
Response
- Section 106 payments, expenditure and balances at March 2019 (see excel doc, tab 1)
In relation to the figures provide on the first tab,
- The figures do not include contributions relating to Special Protection Areas (SPAs).
- The figures do include contributions collected on behalf of Surrey County Council (SCC).
- SCC contributions have been included in the expenditure columns where they have been transferred to SCC in that financial year.
- The expenditure figures for each financial year will include contributions received in previous years.
- Contributions that have been agreed but not yet received (columns C and F) may never be paid as the planning permission may never be implemented.

In relation to the figures provide on the second tab, - The figures shown here may be from contributions received in previous years.
3. A copy of the council report for 2018/19 s106 allocated expenditure by category.
