1. How many Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) are currently employed by Guildford Borough Council (GBC) as at 24/10/18?
2. How many vacancies does GBC have for CEOs as at 24/10/18?
3. Please inform me how many Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) have been cancelled because a CEO has made an error when processing the PCN for the following years: a) 01/01/16 - 31/12/16 b) 01/01/17 - 31/12/17 c) 01/01/18 - 24/10/18
4. Please inform me how many complaints have been made by members of the public regarding any of GBC's CEOs for the following period: a) 01/01/16 - 31/12/16 b) 01/01/17 - 31/12/17 c) 01/01/18 - 24/10/18. To clarify any complaint made via telephone, email or postal whether informal to the CEO's manager or formal under the Council's formal complaints procedure.
