I would like to request the following information regarding the planning applications for GP surgeries in your area:
a) How many planning applications for the construction of a GP surgery have been made in each year since 2015?
b) How many of these applications have been approved?
c) Of those approved, how many have begun construction?

I would like to request the following information regarding the planning applications for GP surgeries in your area:
a) How many planning applications for the construction of a GP surgery have been made in each year since 2015?
Please see attached – please note that many of these applications relate to large scale development works where the developer has indicated that space for GP provision will be provided. However, the planning applications do not always refer specifically to a ‘GP Surgery’ and many refer instead to e.g. healthcare / health hub or medical facilities. I have therefore included the developments which mention these terms, as well as those which specify ‘GP Surgery’.
b) How many of these applications have been approved?
