ATS details

Hireserve Ltd.


* The supplier/vendor of the system:

Unit4 Business Software Limited.


Contract information

* The start date of the current ATS contract:

31/05/2023.


* The end date of the current ATS contract:

30/05/2026.


* Any extension options included within the contract (if applicable):

One year extension.


* Contract value (£):

£364,658.91 over three years.


Future procurement

* Whether the Council intends to re‑tender for the ATS at the end of the current contract:

It is unknown at this stage, due to Local Government Reorganisation and Unitarization of Surrey Authorities scheduled for Spring 2027.

However, please note that Unit4 Business Software Ltd supplies Finance, HR and Payroll platforms for the Council and based on a decision made in 2023 to extend the original contract with them (https://democracy.guildford.gov.uk/ieDecisionDetails.aspx?ID=3337) it seems unlikely that we would re-tender to a new provider in light of the upcoming unitarization.
